Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Skein Shop will work with customers to issue refunds for yarn returned in like new condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwound and unused, with ball bands and tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Emailing us at info@skeinshop.com before initiating a return will give us the best opportunity to understand your situation and ensure that we can arrive at the best solution for all of us. Returns or exchanges sent without prior email authorization may result in delays in processing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are an authorized retailer for ChiaoGoo, addi, and HiyaHiya needles. If you have a warranty claim for needles you bought from us, please email. Do note that the Kollage needles we carry were bought from the previous manufacturer of Kollage, and thus are not eligible for the current manufacturer's warranty. If you have problems with Kollage needles you bought from us, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are happy to reserve items for you during an exchange for up to two weeks.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
