This deluxe interchangeable set comes with Kollage's signature, square needle tips. Many people find that using square knitting needles is easier on their hands and fingers than traditional round needles. Other observe that their stitch regularity and gauge is improved.
Included in this kit are eleven sets of needle tips from size US 2 (2.75mm) to US 11 (8mm). There are a total of 6 cords, 3 soft and 3 firm, one in each length to form 24", 32", and 40" needles. You will also receive a pair of cable stoppers and the special tool to disconnect the needles, all packaged in an excellently designed case.
The method of connection for these needles is unique. The needles snap onto the cords, where they stay securely locked until they are released with the special tool. The join swivels for easy knitting, and since there is no screw, it cannot loosen without warning.
