Celebrating the Best Designers You've Never Heard Of...

We've been working hard behind the scenes here at Skein Shop to launch a new program for independent designers.  We wanted to give a larger audience to talented people who don't have much of a following (yet!).  We support these Designers by sending them free yarn and helping to edit their pattern.  Soon you'll start seeing Independent Designer patterns showing up on the site and interviews with these Designers on the Community Blog.

When you click on the picture of an Independent Designer's pattern, it will take you to the Ravelry page for that pattern.  There you may purchase the design directly from the Designer - Skein Shop does not keep a cut.  If you are interested in applying to this program, please email designers@skeinshop.com with a link to your Ravelry profile.  Do remember that we are unable to accept all applicants, but we promise to be kind and communicative regardless.
